Our company’s history dates back to 2001, with the founding of Brennwald & Partner GmbH. This was a cooperative venture between Ueli Brennwald and what was then Bank Hofmann AG, now Clariden Leu AG. The company has continued to grow since that time, and has positioned itself as a successful asset management company for international private clients. Due to strategic realignments on the part of the bank, and also on our side, the corporate link with Clariden Leu AG was terminated in 2007. This presented us with the opportunity to restructure our company. A new partnership was established among the asset managers at B&P. Since 2007, Ueli Brennwald, Hans Wartenweiler, Gerry Unterluggauer and Thomas Barell have each held a 25% stake in the company. Today, the B&P team consists of seven employees, with Hans Wartenweiler presiding as Managing Director since 2010.
